Graduation Ceremony of 16th Senior Management Course held at NIM Karachi on Friday 23rd January,2015.
     About  Us

The National Institute of Management (NIM) Karachi formerly NIPA Karachi, now is a constituent unit of National School of Public Policy (NSPP) and plays a pivotal role in training and capacity building of the civil servants of Pakistan.

For operational purpose National Institute of Management(NIM), Karachi  has been divided into Wing Mid Carrer Management Wing(MCMW)and Senior Management Wing (SMW). The MCMW conducts the Mid-Career Management Course for Grade-18 officers, and the SMW conducts the Senior Management Course for Grade-19 officers with a vision to “Introduce excellence in public service delivery through capacity building and inculcation of skills and values essential for good governance”.

A host of facilities await the participants which include the computer laboratory, sports, gymnasium, Internet, e-mail,  medical, transport etc. The Institute’s news letter - NIM NEWS not only gives an update of the various events, happenings but also serves as a ready reference to trace the development and updates of NIM, Karachi.

Week-4 from 26-30 January,2015: Simulation Exercise(Minor) Presentations by RAGs & Syndicate, Workshops, CIP Presentations, Lecture Discussions,LSV: Presentations by Syndicates,Weekly Prsentations by Course Coordinators would scheduled for this week.

Graduation Ceremony of 16th Senior Management Course
The Graduation Ceremony of 16th Senior Management Course held at NIM Karachi on Friday,23rd January,2015. Dr. Masuma Hasan , Member Board of Governors,National School of Public Policy grace the occasion as Chief Guest. 51 participants of different service groups had successfully completed the course at NIM Karachi.

Guest Speaker Lecture
16th January,2015: Lecture Discussion was arranged for NIM Karachi Employees on the awareness of "Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace-2010 Act", conducted by Barrister Shahida Jamil.
