Syed Ghous Ali Shah brings over 15 years of professional experience in the service sector. Currently serving as Additional Directing Staff at the , National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) Karachi, he has held prominent academic and government roles, including Permanent Faculty Member in the Department of Management Sciences at SZABIST University and contributions to the Government of Sindh.

He did his BBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. MBA from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi. Currently completing his PhD thesis in Management Sciences.

He Delivered training programs as a Civilian Instructor for the Sindh Police SSU. Served as Faculty Member at Dow University of Health Sciences (Institute of Business and Health Management - IBHM) and SMIU (Business Administration Department).

He is Active participant in national and international conferences, workshops, and training programs.
His Research Interests are in Public Policy, Strategic Management & Planning, Leadership & Motivation, Economics, and Human Resource Management.
